PDP MLA with automatic gun AK-47 in Jammu and Kashmir

After NC leader's son, it is now PDP MLA who brandishes an AK47. PDP leader Javid Mustafa Mir is seen posing in an Army bullet proof vest holding an AK47. Mustafa is a PDP MLA from Chadoora constituency is not new to controversy. He was in news in 2005 while being the Power Minister in the Mufti Government. He beat up MD of Power Development Corporation after an altercation triggering massive protests by employees in the state and once again showing utter disregard for rule of law.
