Mani Shankar defends Vaidik meeting with Saeed

Ved Pratap Vaidik, a political analyst who is also known to be Baba Ramdev's close aide, sparked off a major controversy after his pictures with 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed emerged on the social media. The photograph shows Vaidik engrossed in a deep conversation with Saeed. Vaidik said that he met Hafiz Saeed as a journalist and talked about issues relating to terrorism.
