Police unable to quiz witnesses names by Ness

According to a key witness, close to both actor Preity Zinta and industrialist Ness Wadia, Preity Zinta was dragged by Ness Wadia at the Wankhade Stadium on May 30.
The witness, Jai Kanojia confirmed the allegations made by Priety Zinta against Ness Wadia to the police on Thursday.
Kanojia, the ninth witness whose statement has been taken down stated that he was unable to any confirmation between #PreityNess due to the loud noises at the Garware Pavilion of Wankhade Stadium where the alleged incident occurred.
"We now intend to document the statements of Parul Khanna, journalist Shailesh Gupta, the COO of Kings XI Punjab, Fraser Castellino, and Tara (identified only by her first name) who were present at the Garware Pavilion. Preity Zinta had invited Khanna and Gupta for the IPL match," informed a senior police officer.
In her FIR filed on June 13, the 'Kya Kehna' actress had accused her former boyfriend of eight years and her business partner, industrialist Ness Wadia for humiliating, abusing and threatening her during the match on May 30 at Wankhade Stadium.
After verifying the statements of all witnesses, the sources inform that the police officials are planning to quiz Wadia on Sunday or Monday.
The police is also trying to get the minutest of the details of the #PreityNess case which can be the part of the evidence and as some officials have also speculated, that the case can also be Cops are trying to get each and every detail that could be part of the evidence; some officials also speculated that the case could be settled mutually.
