Xavier's principal criticises Modi's Gujarat model

The principal of Mumbai's St Xavier's College — consistently ranked as one of the country's top educational institutions — has stirred a hornet's nest by sending out a letter to students, which while it doesn't name any politician or political party, all but supports the Congress-led UPA's socialistic redistributive initiatives and slams Modi's business-friendly Gujarat model.
