Just hours before the beginning of fresh trial in session's court, Salman Khan once again has faced another legal trouble in connection with 2002 hit-and-run case.
According to sources, State has decided to challenge lower court's order of a fresh trial in High Court in 2002 Salman Khan hit and run case. The session's court was scheduled to hear the case on Tuesday, Jan 7. The new trial will require that witnesses and evidence be examined again.
