AK Ganguly soon to be removed-Fit case for criminal case - NewsX

Attorney general G E Vahanvati is on Friday learnt to have endorsed a government proposal for a presidential reference for removal of justice (retd) A K Ganguly as head of West Bengal Human Rights Commission in the wake of his indictment by a Supreme Court panel for "unwelcome behaviour" towards a woman law intern.
