The national capital territory of Delhi is all set to be placed under President's Rule from tomorrow (Wednesday) with chances of a new government being formed by has diminished.According to reports, Delhi's Lieutenant
Governor Najeeb Jung on Monday formally recommended President's Rule in his report sent to the federal home ministry, stating no party is ready to form a government, while recommending keeping the newly-elected assembly in suspended animation.
