Patna: Unlike the security arrangements for the Hoonkar Rally on Sunday last, the state government has come up with five-tier security cover for the short visit of Gujarat CM Narendra Modi on Friday and Saturday. The BJP's PM pick will visit six villages in Patna, Kaimur, Gopalganj, Supaul, Begsuarai and Nalanda districts to console the family members of those killed in the serial blasts on October 27.
