High suicide drama in Delhi on Sunday morning. A woman rescued by the police from atop a 150 feet tall high-tension electric pole from near Nizamuddin railway station in Delhi. The incoherent woman could not specify the reason behind her adventurous act. But gave three different addresses as her place of residence. Sitamarhi in Bihar, Tikamgarh in Madhya Pradesh and also from Delhi.
Thousands watched as the drama unfolded this morning. Eye-witnesses said she had climbed up around 6 in the morning. Since the woman was refusing to come down so the police persuaded her to climb down a few steps to take water and biscuits. She agreed and when she got close, the police team overpowered her and brought her down.
