A fresh spell of heavy rains on Wednesday morning brought Delhi-NCR to a complete halt ‘again’. Thundershowers again posed the problem of water logging and traffic snarls throughout the city. Delhi Police has issued an advisory to take precautions. Delhi Traffic Police (@dtptraffic) also put up information as tweets along with the names of the areas facing water logging problems are: Alipur village, Okhla Underpass, Jasola Red Light, Saket Metro Station, Dhaula Kuan, Ashram Chowk, Lajpat Nagar. Many more places were also affected by the heavy lash of rain. Massive traffic jams were seen on the roads heading towards Noida and Gurgaon. At least a dozen DTC buses were seen stranded on the roads after they broke down due to heavy rains.
