India Shamed: Minor rapes Minor - Both victims and accused are minors

Three years that is the maximum punishment that a minor gets for a crime no matter how gruesome it is. We saw that in the Damini case. We saw that yesterday in the Guwahati gangrape case.
And today another case where an 11 year old has raped an 8 year old is likely to meet the same fate.
The victims their lives are scarred forever.
But all the perpetrators get is 3 years in a Juvenile remand home not even Jail.
Is that justice? How long can age be used as a shield against most gruesome of crimes? And isn't it time for the Juvenile laws in India to be overhauled that's the big story we are bringing you.
