After the outrageous comment made by Delhi gang-rape defence lawyer, the Bar Council of Delhi has decided AP Singh's remark comes under "professional misconduct" and he will be asked to appear before the bar meet on September 20 to explain his statement.
The Defence lawyer after the verdict on Delhi gangrape case had said that if his daughter was having premarital sex or roaming with boys in the night, he would burn her alive.
