Speaking to News X, Katyal said that the Meghalaya Chief Secretary who ignored specific inputs on the hijacking MUST be hanged to death. Our investigative report revealed that how the hijacking of IC-814 could have been avoided as a letter warning of hijack was sent to the Meghalaya Chief Secretary almost 3 months prior to the attack. Reacting to this glaring security lapse, Katyal's father demands that his son's killer must be brought to book.
