News X: Onion prices hit record high at Rs 80/kg

With prices of onions sky rocketing. The aam-aadmi sheds tears and the Opposition tears into the Government disrupting the functioning of the parliament. Prices of this essential commodity surges to a record high of 80 rupees per kilograms in Delhi and feared to rise to 100 rupees within a week.

In Mumbai the retail price is Rs. 65 per kg as compared to just 20 rupees two months back.
