Ishrat Jahan Encounter: Supreme Court asks Cops to Surrender

News X: The Supreme Court has directed senior Gujarat officer P P Pandey to surrender before the trial court. Pandey is absconding and the trial court had declared him as proclaimed offender.
In the mean time SC has given Pandey protection from arrest till Monday when he surrenders.
