NewsX: The disaster in Kedarnath and spate in river Alaknanda has led to scarcity of water in the areas of Srinagar and Paudi. The sudden rise in Alaknanda has led to acute shortage of the drinking water in the region.
The CM made an official statement by saying that the death toll of 1,000 is likely to rise
