News X: In the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case... statements of Talwar couple will be recorded today.
The special court in Ghaziabad, hearing the case, earlier rejected the dentist couple's plea that statements of 14 witnesses be recorded prior to them.
While the trail court has rejected Talwars' plea, Supreme Court has agreed to hear it, but given no stay order to the trial court. The apex court will today decide about calling 14 witnesses to record their statements in the trial court
