Sushma Swaraj: Will seek SC nod to take Captain Saurabh Kalia case to ICJ

After facing flak for toeing the UPA-government line on Kargil martyr Captain Saurabh Kalia's case, the BJP-led NDA government on Monday changed its stance saying that it will treat the case as an exceptional circumstance.

Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj said the affidavit in Supreme Court will be amended and their government will seek permission to approach the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against Pakistan.
