Voting in Karnataka has come to an end. The state witnessed a historic 60.58 per cent voting till 5 pm. 1.35 lakh policemen kept a close eye on the day long voting for the single phase poll for 223 seats. The ruling BJP, its main opponent Congress and JDS of former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda are the key players, but B S Yeddyurappa is expected to play the spoiler for the BJP in Karnataka.
