SC slams Sahara Chief in the Rs 24000 cr refund case

Big trouble brewing for Sahara Chief Subrata Roy. The Supreme Court on Monday sought an explanation from Sahara Group promoter Subrata Roy and two other directors as to why they should not be detained from their failure to refund Rs.24,000 Cr to investors. The apex court also chided the Sahara Chief for manipulating courts and trying to make the case an endless exercise.
