J&K: UK tourist raped, killed in house boat

A UK tourist has been raped and killed by a Dutch tourist in Kashmir. The British victim, who was staying in a house boat has been raped and killed allegedly by another foreign tourist David Richard of Netherlands.The accused was nabbed by police while he was trying to escape from the valley. Our correspondent Suhail Bukhari has this report from the spot. A five year old Indian child was taken in custody by Britain's child welfare organization, merely due to cultural differences and misinterpretations. This has sparked a storm once again.
