It is March 18 today and the Italian Ambassador Daniele Mancini may face tough questions today from the Supreme Court, even as he is poised to seek diplomatic immunity as per the Vienna convention.The Apex Court takes up the issue of Italy reneging on its undertaking to send back its marines charged with the killing of two Indian fishermen off the Kerala coast last year. Meanwhile, Kerala CM Oomen Chandy has assured the assembly that the Italian marines would surely be brought back to India to face trial.
