Rahul Gandhi meets party MPs from Delhi

Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi today met party MPs from Delhi and Tamil Nadu in the Congress Parliamentary Party office here and discussed ways to fine tune the party's strategy for the next Lok Sabha polls. Earlier, Congress President Sonia Gandhi used to meet party MPs from all the states in Parliament during every session, a practice which was carried out by Rahul this time in an indication of his growing role in the national affairs of Congress. Talking to reporters after the interaction, Gandhi said that it was a "general meeting" and that he plans to meet MPs from all states in days to come during the ongoing Budget session.
