Amritsar: Clashes erupt between Nihang Sikhs, three injured

Tension prevailed in Amritsar on Friday as two groups of Nihang Sikhs clashed ahead of a traditional martial arts display, leaving three injured.

The groups were reportedly equipped with licensed arms, swords and other sharp weapons.

The two groups were moving towards an open ground when the altercation broke out.

The police has confiscated the weapons and a probe has been launched.
