Pakistan Rangers to hand over captured BSF soldier to India on Friday

Pakistan Rangers on Thursday informed Indian authorities that the Border Security Force (BSF) soldier who got swept away by strong currents of Chenab river will be returned on Friday.

The Director General(DG) of Pakistan Rangers on Thursday said that they will soon return the BSF soldier who was captured by them.

"I want to say that we are returning the solider soon. Verification process is on and multiple agencies Ministry of Interior, ISI and Military Intelligence are verifying the antecedent. To us everything is okay and hopefully he will be returned soon," said the DG.
