Deliberations on statehood for Telangana seem to be gathering momentum. Telangana Rashtra Samiti supremo - K Chandrasekhar Rao has been camping in Delhi for the past fortnight, amid suggestions that some breakthrough is in the offing. Speculation is rife that the Congress President is planning to meet KCR and strike a deal of sorts.
