Agatha to face NCP ire over campaigning for PA Sangma - NewsX

PA Sangma's defeat may have also put a serious question mark on his daughter - Agatha's political future. Speculation is rife that the that youngest member of the Cabinet has to go. Ally NCP is still fuming over Agatha campaigning for her father...who was the opposition candidate in Presidential election, making her position in the Cabinet as well as the NCP, untenable. PA Sangma had quit the NCP shortly before he filed his nomination papers without taking his party's views into consideration. And NCP chief Sharad Pawar made it clear that there was no question of his party going against the decision of the UPA.
