The Chhattisgarh Chief Minister has confirmed that the Sukma DM Alex Paul Menon will be released by 2nd may. The govt has reached an agreement with the Maoist interlocutors. Raman Singh also said the govt has set up a high powered committee to look into the cases against people now languishing in the state's prisons. That will start its work to implement the agreement within an hour after the Collector's release.
