Lt Col Ramaraj convicted in 13-yr-old Dilshan's murder - NewsX

Lt Colonel Ramaraj has been convicted for the murder of 13 year old Dilshan. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Dilshan was shot dead in Chennai in July last year, while he was plucking almonds from a tree in the compound of an Army complex.
