CBI has done it again. NewsX has exclusive details of how the the central agency has been selective in its investigation in the Tatra controversy with smokescreen being created to divert the attention from the real problem. The CBI has acted on a complaint filed in 2004 in its Bangalore branch. The 2004 complaint talks about the procedural violations in the Tatra truck deal. The CBI has completely overlooked Army Chief's charges that specifically talks about the bribery being offered to VK Singh. CBI has sought more evidence from the Army Chief over the allegations. CBI has also decided to probe Tatra dealings 1997 onwards.
