India News : New Delhi: In what can be described as a "race against time", the Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has introduced a new method for the party hopefuls to get the ticket to contest the upcoming assembly elections.
This time, Rahul Gandhi has set various guidelines for the distribution of party tickets. According to reports, those candidates who want to contest elections on the Congress Party ticket will be required to fill a five-page application form that will 'test' their knowledge about the constituency and will also ask about the Congress' performance in that constituency.
