India News : Ahmedabad: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday wished Congress president "best of health for the future" after she was discharged from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
The UPA chairperson was admitted to the country's premier hospital yesterday night after she fell ill in the Lok Sabha while her pet welfare legislation and UPA's ambitious Food Security Bill was in the final stages of adoption. The bill was later cleared by the House.
Sonia Gandhi spent about five hours, and was discharged from the hospital after she underwent a full health check-up.
Expressing his concern Modi wrote on Twitter: "Glad to know that Sonia ji's health is fine. Wishing her the best of health for the future."
