Banks are free to lend money to Kingfisher: Ajit Singh-NewsX

In a break from his earlier stand, that the government would not approach any bank to help the ailing airline, civil aviation minister Ajit Singh reacted to the reports of SBI's bailout, saying that banks were governed by RBI norms, and free to extend loans to anyone.
