East Delhi fire: 15 dead; govt orders probe

At least 15 eunuchs were killed and over 40 others injured on Sunday evening when a major fire swept through an east Delhi community hall where a congregation of the community was taking place. The three-day all India Meet of the trans gender community was about to conclude on day one, when the fire erupted at around 6:45 PM. Fire tenders struggled to reach the area. Within an hour, the tent erected at the spot was burnt down.
