Chandigarh: PGI patient electrocuted to death

In a shocking case from Chandigarh a 52-year-old man died in hospital after the ventilator he was on caught fire. Ghinder Singh had been admitted at the PGI Chandigarh for liver treatment. Mr Singh's relatives have accused the hospital's doctors of negligence. The doctors though refuse to accept any blame.
