Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav is unhappy with his son Akhilesh Yadav's cabinet and said that some Minister's need to be changed and that the bureaucrats are running the Government.
Mulayam Singh had admitted in a party meet that some ministers were involved in corruption and that he had reportedly singled out the PWD department held by his brother Shivpal Yadav.
Sources say that Shivpal Yadav chose to remain silent and that he is brewing discontent on being sidelined by Akhilesh Yadav.
