India's very first real estate investment trust or REIT from global investment company Blackstone and realty firm Embassy Group is ready to debut in a few weeks from now with a total issue size of about USD 700 million or Rs 5000 crore. Tuhin Parikh, senior MD of real estate at Blackstone India and Jonathan Gray President & COO of Blackstone spoke exclusively to CNBC-TV18 on why they believe that this makes a compelling investment opportunity for investors.
