Mental Wellness and Sleep - Tip #2 Relaxation before bedtime

To increase sleep quality and ability to fall asleep faster start preparing about an hour before you are ready to go to sleep. Get out a piece of paper, planner or your phone and start brain dumping. Write down everything you need and want to accomplish the next day and get it out of your brain so you are not worried about forgetting all night.

Once that’s done start relaxing by reading a good book, drinking some chamomile tea. Take a few breaths and relax. Maybe meditate for a few minutes.

Just unwind from all the days activities and calm your mind.
