Can we pragmatically expect Saudi Arabia and China to end their support to Pakistan?

Two days after his visit to Islamabad where he gushed about his country’s special relationship with Pakistan the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman is now in Delhi. While issuing a joint statement with PM Modi this morning, the Crown Prince claimed that terrorism and extremism were a common concern for India and Saudi Arabia and that his country would cooperate with India and neighbouring states on the issue PM Modi for his part said "We have agreed that terrorism should not be supported in any form and we should put pressure on countries that back terror, I'm glad Saudi Arabia agrees with India on this”. However what is significant is that the Crown Prince did not name Pakistan anywhere and here’s what is important to remember. This visit comes just days after the horrific Pulwama terror attack that left 40 CRPF jawans dead. An attack owned by Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammad Just two days ago when he was in Islamabad MSB as the Crown Prince is called actually stated that he could not say no to Pakistan for anything. That he was practically Pakistan’s Ambassador in Saudi Arabia. He praised Islamabad's so-called efforts for "regional peace and security" believe it or not A country which is now globally recognized as the fountainhead of terror And the man inked deals worth 20 billion dollars with that country And it didn’t end there. A joint statement was issued in Islamabad which said “dialogue is the only way to ensure peace and stability in the region to resolve outstanding issues" And”There was a need for avoiding politicisation of the UN listing regime”a reference to India's effort to have Jaish chief Masood Azhar designated as a global terrorist. Given the backdrop of his visit many have expressed disappointment over PM Modi breaking protocol to receive the Crown Prince at the airport and extending a warm embrace to him.
