21 seasons for five different teams. The 14-time All-Star won two World Series Championships with the Baltimore Orioles. Over his illustrious career, Robinson slugged
586 career home runs and recorded
nearly 3,000 hits. He then made more MLB history as the league's first African-American manager. In 2005, for his contributions to civil rights, Robinson was given the Presidential Medal of Freedom. His uniform number has even been
retired by three different teams:
The Orioles, Reds and Indians.
