Karan Johar launched Ustad Amjad Ali Khan's book Master on Masters on Tuesday. During the panel discussion with Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and Suhel Seth, Karan Johar who is usually always in the eye of the storm for his films, comments or personal life, declared that he has stopped listening to people around him. Last evening when he launched Ustad Amjad Ali Khan's book Master on Masters, he said that everyone has an opinion these days and it's upto oneself, what they take in and what they leave out. He added that he's in a mid life crises at 44 now and is only going to listen to himself. Karan Johar said, 'I think technology has to blame for this. I find conversation among people has become very rare about art and artists. Phone has become like a part of our body now. We are always distracted for various reasons. I see people not talking to each other at all anymore. People in families also don't communicate with other quite often. Just like technology has killed the romance and now it also has killed the conversation'.
