Its time to rejoice in tinsel town! Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji and producer Aditya Chopra welcomed their first child into the world today. The little bundle of joy is a sweet baby girl named Adira and the proud mommy Rani, who is usually media wary has given a statement. She said that she would like to thank all her well wishers and fans as today life has given them God's greatest gift with Adira. They also showed their gratitude to all their admirers and friends from the industry for their love and support as with joy they begin this new chapter. Interestingly, their daughter's name, Adira stemmed from both Adi from Aditya and Ra from Rani. The couple had a hush-hush wedding in Italy in 2014 and this year kept the pregnancy a secret till a few months ago. Several of their Bollywood buddies like Karan Johar, Parineeti Chopra, Anil Kapoor and Rani's brother-in-law Uday Chopra took to Twitter to announce the good news. We hope both the mother and daughter are doing well and extend a big congrats to the Chopra clan for the birth of their newest member.
