1 With the twenty-fifth verse, Lord Krishna’s attention is again derived to the immediate problem of Arjuna's grief, which the Lord wants him to restrain.

2 In the twenty-fifth and twenty-sixth stanzas Lord Krishna says;

|| Avyakto ’Yam Achintyo ’Yam Avikaryo ’Yam Uchyate

Tasmad Evam Viditvainam Nanushochitum Arhasi ||25||

|| Atha Chainam Nitya-Jatam Nityam Va Manyase Mrtam

Tathapi Tvam Maha-Baho Nainam Shocitum Arhasi ||26||

3 These verses can be roughly translated as;

This soul is invisible to the material eyes, beyond the material thinking and not subject to any changes; therefore knowing the soul as such, there is no reason to mourn for it.

And still, if you think that this soul always continues to take birth and die, even then O mighty-armed Arjuna, you should not lament like this.

4 Here, Lord Krishna is explaining to Arjuna that in any case, it is not acceptable for him to discharge his duties as a Kshatriya (warrior).

5 The twenty-seventh verse is as follows;

|| Jatasya Hi Dhruvo Mrityur Dhruvam Janma Mritasya Cha

Tasmad Apariharye ’rthe Na Tvam Shochitum Arhasi ||27||

6 Here’s the rough translation of this stanza;

Anyone who takes birth is certainly going to meet death likewise, whosoever dies is certain to be born again. Irrespective of that, there is no point in regretting over something that is determined.
