Time and again, we've reported the apathetic attitude of airlines across India from assaulting passengers, to overbooking flights; Gross staff negligence which has lead to even loss of life and then the sad state of food. A parliamentary committee on aviation has finally taken cognisance of the misery that passengers go through, now cracking the whip on airlines across India. The committee report talks about poor staff behaviour and also the issue of messy check-in procedures. The quality of food and condition of aircrafts has also been taken up.
