'Only Defame And Belittle': Trump Floats Legal Action Against NBC's Saturday Night Live

President Trump on Sunday again slammed the media.

President Trump took to Twitter on Sunday and slammed NBC's 'Saturday Night Live.'
"A REAL scandal is the one sided coverage, hour by hour, of networks like NBC & Democrat spin machines like Saturday Night Live," Trump tweeted. "It is all nothing less than unfair news coverage and Dem commercials. Should be tested in courts, can't be legal? Only defame & belittle! Collusion?"
The show has frequently portrayed Trump in a negative light.
"In its cold open on Dec. 15, Saturday Night Live parodied the classic Christmas movie It's A Wonderful Life with a black-and-white sketch called 'It's A Wonderful Trump.' The cold open started with Alec Baldwin appearing as President Trump, wishing that he had never become president," reports the Hollywood Reporter.
Trump has repeatedly gone after the media during his presidency.
"The Fake News Media is going CRAZY! They are totally unhinged and in many ways, after witnessing first hand the damage they do to so many innocent and decent people, I enjoy watching. In 7 years, when I am no longer in office, their ratings will dry up and they will be gone!" he tweeted earlier this year.
And in another tweet, the president stated: "When the media - driven insane by their Trump Derangement Syndrome - reveals internal deliberations of our government, it  truly puts the lives of many, not just journalists, at risk! Very unpatriotic!"
