When you think of New York - one thing that may come to mind is its iconic skyline. A city of concrete, glass and steel - lit up like a Christmas tree. But - despite being no stranger to spectacular illuminations - New York has never played host to a Chinese lantern festival - that is until now. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
