According to a report by Reuters, 11 federal and two state gubernatorial races remain undecided over a week after the midterm elections. Two calls for a recount have come out of Florida, both for U.S. senate seats, while the governor's race in Georgia also remains uncertain. In Mississippi, Republican Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith and Democratic challenger Mike Espy will reportedly face-off in a runoff election on Nov. 27 after neither managed to win a majority for a U.S. Senate seat.
