4 MINUTE SQUAT CHALLENGE

I've never really been a squat person. But here are my top squat moves that only take four minutes. It's a great squat challenge that doesn't take a lot of time. You can commit to stronger glutes in just four minutes a day. I've been doing these for a few weeks, and I have definitely seen and felt a difference.

Because I'm a runner, I don't necessarily have large glutes, which seems to be the desirable trend now. But I do find that having strong muscles helps me battle the ups and downs that go with running outside.

The exercises in this video are probably not for the beginner, given that I added a weight. Also, make sure you get to the end of the video to see what's coming up next.
