1990 Night Creeper (Cobra Ninja) G.I. Joe review

***BEWARE THE HALLOWEEN EPISODE! BOO!***
This is a review of Cobra's army building ninjas, the Night Creepers. Supposedly high-tech, these guys are remembered for having that odd wavy bladed sword. The cartoon invented the Night Creeper Leader (who was later made into a figure) and the comics portrayed them as mercenaries, not exclusively in the employ of Cobra.
