Second Migrant Caravan Heads Toward Mexico En Route To U.S. Border

According to a report by Reuters, on Tuesday, a second group of over a thousand Central Americans in Guatemala headed towards the Mexican border, as the first caravan of migrants paused in souther Mexico on its planned trek to the U.S. border. U.S. President Donald Trump vowed to start cutting millions of dollars in air to Central America, called the caravan, which has been estimated at 7,000 to 10,000 mostly Honduran migrants, a national emergency.
